See: http://www.mikibo.com & http://www.weightloss.com.au & http://tinyurl.com/28sfeb & http://www.weightonline.com.au & http://www.calorieking.com.au You can eat a LOT, yet still lose weight, and have a LITTLE of your favorites every day, to prevent cravings, by consuming mostly low energy foods, such as cucumber, tomato, capsicum/bell peppers, celery, onion slices pickled in vinegar, lettuce, grated carrot, cabbage, a few spears of asparagus, watercress, alfalfa, bamboo shoots, spinach, bean sprouts, capers, a few olives, etc., with some lean protein, to delay the emptying of your stomach. One of the tips at E diets.com is to drink 32 U.S. fluid ounces, or 4 x 250 ml glasses of cold water, just after arising, which will boost your metabolic rate all day, and have something to eat, preferably high in protein, within 30 mns, or your body will slow its metabolism.
Have a large glass of water 20 mns before eating a meal. If you don't drink enough water, you won't lose weight as quickly! A tip from www.mercola.com is to stir half a teaspoonful of hot paprika, or chilli powder, into a glass of water, and drink it just before eating, and you will eat less, as a result. DIETING: EATING PLANS: The idea is to become a grazer, eating mostly low calorie/kilojoule foods, and having several mealtimes, well spaced apart, so you never get hungry.
Go to: h t t p : / / c h o o s e d i e t . b l o g s p o t . c o m (you should type it in the usual manner) and select one, possibly changing, later. Eat 6 - 8 small meals, daily, with a little protein in each, preceded 20 minutes earlier with a large glass of water: this speeds up weight loss. Snack on any amount of celery sticks, with the occasional carrot stick, and/or slices of cucumber, tomato, bell pepper/capsicum, or raw onion, in any vinegar (a little salt & pepper/chilli powder is OK, but no oil, or sugar! Rinse your mouth with water, later, if using vinegar.
Your body needs a small amount of [ preferably olive, grapeseed, or premium coconut* ] oil, daily, to be healthy: about 2 teaspoonsful, if not getting it in the rest of your food intake already). Understand and accept that many people use food in an attempt to fill an emotional void, which is unhealthy, and never works. Others eat out of boredom, so have plenty of things to keep you occupied.

There are some, few, people who can beat bulimia without treatment, as with other addictions, like heroin. Bulimia has a high death rate.

Effects of Bulimia Nervosa:
Effects: Like other eating disorders, a nutritional imbalance is one of the first effects, as you deny your body the opportunity to digest the food you've just eaten. Of course, this only adds to the drive to binge at your next eating opportunity. This grows into fatigue and severe nutritional deficiencies. With Bulimia, the teeth and esophagus begin to get eaten away by stomach acids and the bowel becomes irritated from too frequent laxative use. Often, the body begins wasting away as if it had terminal cancer. Add chronic illnesses, such as hypertension, stress, asthma, cardio-vascular disease in mid-disease. Later stages include organ damage and often death. Additionally, these diseases include a progressive decline into depression, causing limited participation with family and friends, and sometimes suicide. http://www.way2hope.org/dangers_in_bulimia.htm
